Rating: ★★★★☆ I recently dined at Ramen Nagi in Robinsons Manila, and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The star of the show was, of course, the ramen. The rich and flavorful broth, the perfectly cooked noodles, and the customizable toppings all made for a truly delightful dining experience. The flavor explosion in my mouth was unforgettable, and I will definitely be back for more of their fantastic ramen. However, I can't give this restaurant a perfect score because the service was a bit of a letdown. It's evident that they prioritize the quality of their food, but the same attention to detail doesn't seem to extend to their customer service. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to long wait times to place our order and even longer for our food to arrive. This made the overall dining experience less enjoyable and left us feeling a bit frustrated. Adding to the frustration was the noisy atmosphere. Ramen Nagi at Robinsons Manila can get incredibly crowded, and the close seating arrangement amplifies the noise level. Conversations from neighboring tables and the sounds of clattering dishes make it challenging to have a peaceful, relaxed meal. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate dining experience, this may not be the place for you. In summary, Ramen Nagi at Robinsons Manila offers some of the best ramen I've ever had, but it comes at the cost of a somewhat lackluster service experience and a noisy atmosphere. If you're willing to overlook the service hiccups and the noise for the sake of amazing ramen, it's still worth a visit. Just be prepared to be patient and perhaps consider dining during off-peak hours for a more peaceful experience.
